Checking and adjusting the basic settings

Remove the power tool from the holder sets.

To ensure safe use, the basic settings of the saw stand must be checked and adjusted as necessary after intensive use. Experience and suitable special tools are required for this.

Adjusting the Bracket of the Holder Set (see figure H)

After making intensive use of the saw stand, you may need to adjust the bracket that locks the holder set (6) on the saw stand using the locking knob (8).

Turn the holder set (6) around.
If it is not possible to lock the holder set on the work bench despite firmly tightening the locking knob (8), turn the adjustment screw (21) clockwise.
If the holder set does not fit on both rails (front and back) of the saw table at the same time, turn the adjustment screw (21) anticlockwise.
Check that the holder set is sitting firmly and correctly and repeat the adjustment if necessary.
Repeat the steps with the second holder set.
